B2B orders and quotations

ZestDose supplies private label oral pouches and oral dissolving films. Your written quotation and confirmed order specify the formula, packaging, quantity, price, payment schedule and delivery terms.

Payment

Commercial orders use a 70% deposit and a 30% balance before shipment, unless different terms are agreed in writing. Pay only against the confirmed invoice and its named beneficiary. Available trade terms include EXW, FOB and DDP, as agreed for the destination.

Samples and minimum orders

A pouch sample set costs US$10 and contains five pouches. The sample fee is credited against the first commercial order. Sample strengths and formulas can be discussed for your project. Shipping is quoted separately. Pouch sample preparation generally takes 4–6 working days.

The standard caffeine pouch programme starts at 1,500 cans per flavour. Other pouch formulas and packaging requirements are confirmed in the quotation. Custom ODF orders start at 60,000 strips, with development, sampling and printing charges quoted separately.

Production and shipping

First commercial pouch production is generally planned for 7–12 working days once the sample, artwork, specifications and required payment are approved. Your quotation confirms the applicable schedule. Custom development, ODF production and special packaging may require a different schedule.

Shipping is generally estimated within 20 working days, depending on the destination and agreed service. Transit estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. The quotation identifies responsibility for freight, customs clearance, duties and taxes under the agreed trade term.
