Product Quality Policy
Your approved specification is the reference
Oral pouch and oral film orders are assessed against the agreed formula, approved sample revision and packaging specification. Ingredient amounts, fill weight, flavour, pack count and other agreed checks are documented for the order.
Documents before shipment
Before shipment, we provide the batch certificate of analysis (COA), product specification sheet and factory inspection report. Discuss any additional testing or destination-specific documentation before confirming the order.
Receiving and storing your order
Check the shipment and batch identification on receipt. Follow the storage conditions and shelf-life information on the approved specification and product label. Tell us promptly about damage or a suspected specification mismatch, and retain the affected goods for review.
Quality claims
Send Cara the order number, lot code, affected quantity, photographs and issue details. We review the claim against the agreed specification and batch records. Any remedy follows the written order and applicable law.
