BUYER QUESTIONS
Practical answers on formulation, sampling, packaging and procurement. Discuss Your Project

Share the pouch type, active ingredients, target amount per pouch, flavor, shelf-life target, sales market, packaging and first-order quantity. If your formula is still taking shape, we can start with feasibility sampling before confirming a production quotation. Send your product brief.
Yes. You can start with an existing formulation or request a blend developed for your brand. Formula review, sampling, filling, packaging and quality checks are coordinated within the project. An existing formula can reduce initial development work; a new blend requires ingredient compatibility and stability review. Explore formulation examples.
No. Caffeine, guarana, nootropic, oral care, nutritional and stress relief pouches may use similar carriers and pouch formats, but their active blends, taste-masking needs, moisture targets and stability considerations differ. Each SKU needs its own agreed specification. Compare product directions.
Potential issues include uneven ingredient distribution, poor powder flow, fabric lint, weak seals, flavor loss, moisture changes and packaging that does not suit the formula. Pilot checks and batch controls help identify these risks against the approved sample and specification. Review our quality checkpoints.
Yes. Tell us the caffeine amount per pouch you want to evaluate, along with the other ingredients, flavor and target market. Sample specifications are agreed for your project. The 50 mg and 100 mg examples are not a fixed sample range. Higher-strength requests require technical feasibility and destination-market review. Review caffeine customization.
Yes. Bring an existing formula, a taste reference or an initial product idea. We will agree the ingredient amounts, flavor, pouch format, fill weight, can and pack count before sampling and production. View packaging options or discuss your specification.
Pouch packaging design is free within the agreed artwork scope. Confirm the can, label dimensions, print finish and required files with us before design work begins. This pouch design arrangement does not apply to custom ODF development. Share your packaging brief.
The reference payment terms are a 70% deposit and a 30% balance before shipment. EXW, FOB and DDP are available subject to the destination and quotation. Your order confirmation sets out the agreed payment and delivery responsibilities. Review payment terms.
