Working with ZestDose

This website presents ZestDose's B2B oral pouch and oral film manufacturing services. Product images, formulation examples and indicative prices help you discuss a project. They do not replace an accepted quotation or approved product specification.

Order confirmation

The written quotation and order confirmation identify the contracting supplier, purchaser, product specification, quantity, price, payment terms and delivery arrangements. ZestDose is the public brand name. The legal entity and payment beneficiary are identified in the commercial documents.

Samples, artwork and specifications

Before production, both parties confirm the applicable formula, sample revision, ingredient amounts, flavour, pouch or film format, packaging and artwork. Changes after approval require a written review of cost and timing. Customers must hold the rights needed to use artwork, trademarks and other materials they supply.

Destination requirements

Tell us the intended sales market and channel before development. Ingredient, labelling, documentation and import requirements are reviewed for the agreed product and destination. A facility registration or management-system certificate does not constitute approval of every finished product in every market.

Quality and commercial terms

Payment, shipping, cancellation and quality arrangements follow the accepted quotation and order. Read our payment and shipping information, order changes and claims policy and product quality policy. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded.
